MEET CHANTELLE
your feel good fitness coach!
Hi, my name is Chantelle, your feel-good Pilates instructor and movement educator, and I want to show you that exercise is about more than just changing the way you look.
I have loved movement all my life, but throughout the years I’ve also had to learn how to adapt my fitness routine to my own personal injuries and health issues.
I wasn't able to continue with the high-intensity exercises I was used to and had to find a more gentle approach to working out – for my physical and mental health.
I ended up finding Pilates while I was in high school (before it was "a thing"), and I’ve been a certified instructor since 2020.
It changed my life. I am stronger than I have ever been and my injuries have fully healed. Pilates clears my mind and truly nourishes my soul.
That feeling is what I want for all of my students. To help you fall in love with moving your body because you LOVE IT – not because you hate it.
